How Soundbaths Help You Regulate, Realign, and Remember Who You Are
I discovered sound healing during a chapter in my life of deep personal transformation. What started as a personal healing practice soon led to me hosting group sessions, creating immersive soundbath events, and eventually leading retreats worldwide.
I love leading soundbaths because it allows people that moment to breathe—to truly relax, to soften, and surrender.
The world moves fast. We’re constantly on the go. Overstimulated by everything around us.
Sound healing invites you to pause and return to yourself.
So… what is sound healing?
At its core, sound healing uses vibration and frequency to bring the body, mind, and nervous system back into a state of harmony. Everything is energy—and everything vibrates. Your body, your emotions, your thoughts... they all carry a frequency. When you’re stressed or overwhelmed, that frequency gets disrupted.
Using instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs, soundbaths gently guide your body back into resonance. Think of it like a tuning fork for your energy—helping you release tension, slow down your brain waves, and reconnect to your natural rhythm.

Sound is more than just a tool—it’s a transmission.
When we allow ourselves to receive it, we remember who we are beneath the noise. We give our minds and body a chance to rest and fully receive. Allowing the vibrations of the sound to wash completely over our body. Sound is not something we just hear with our ears, it vibrates in to EVERY CELL of our body. Our bodies are made of over 70% water and sound travels through water approximately 4X faster than air.

What is even more powerful? Sound can shift our brainwave states from high-alert beta into more relaxed alpha, theta (deep trance state), and even delta (sleep) waves—those deeply meditative and restorative states are where true healing and integration happen. This is where the parasympathetic nervous system activates—the body’s rest, digest, and repair mode, where your body begins to heal itself. WOW.
This is why allowing ourselves this time to PAUSE is sacred.
