WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or distance) energy healing practice rooted in a traditional Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. It supports your body’s natural ability to restore balance on a physical, emotional, mental, and energetic level. Many people receive Reiki to calm the nervous system, release stress, gain emotional clarity, and feel more grounded and supported.
Reiki is non-invasive and safe, and it can be used alongside any other healing modality or medical care. You simply relax while Reiki energy flows to where your body needs it most.

Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Level I & II Trainings with RMT Katie Hutsel
Reiki I and II are taught together during a weekend intensive. Both Attunements (Placements) are given. All the information and techniques for both levels are covered, including:
Reiki Level 1: Empowering & Healing Yourself
Includes:
- Learning how to use Reiki for Self-Healing and empowerment.
- What is Reiki Healing?
- The history of Reiki and the Reiki Ideals.
- The Reiki hand positions.
- Giving a complete Reiki treatment for your own self-healing
- Kenyoku: Dry bathing, a method to purify & cleanse your energy field
- Strengthening and protecting your energy field.
- Gassho meditation
- Byosen Scanning - detecting where Reiki is needed.
- Reiji-Ho: Using inner guidance to know how and where to treat
- Reiki Level 1 Attunement/Placement
Reiki Level 2: Advanced Energy Healing & Empowering Others
Includes:
- The Holy Love experience that places Divine Love into your heart.
- The Reiki II symbols and how to use them with practice time.
- Using Reiki to heal unwanted habits or create new, healthy ones.
- Distant healing to send Reiki to family, friends, and world situations.
- Learn how to treat others
- Gyoshi ho - sending Reiki with the eyes.
- Koki ho - using the breath to send Reiki.
- Reiki Level 2 Attunement/Placement
- How to use Reiki in Groups
- Using Reiki for pets, plants, food, crystals, and more.
The class combines lectures, discussions, and hands-on experiences. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions and self-treatment.
Level 2, includes practice using all the level II symbols, including distant healing, and practicing using all the Japanese Reiki Techniques mentioned above.
This is a journey of self-discovery, joy, and transformation. You will learn how to tap into the powerful healing energy of Reiki and strengthen your own intuitive gifts.

ABOUT KATIE HUTSEL
Meditation, mindfulness, and energy work helped Katie overcome severe struggles, including alcohol addiction and depression. Having seen firsthand the power of the mind-body connection she became certified as a Reiki Master Teacher, Master Life and Success Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, Master Hypnotherapist, and a Breakthrough Breathwork Facilitator.
She is currently completing the licensure program with the International Center for Reiki Training, working toward becoming a Licensed Reiki Master Teacher. At present, there are only 45 Licensed Reiki Master Teachers worldwide.
Katie is the Founder of Elevate Healing Events & Retreats, a company that curates transformational events and retreats, combining her 15+ years of experience in the event industry with these powerful healing modalities.
