Reiki I and II are taught together during a weekend intensive. Both Attunements (Placements ) are given. All the information and techniques for both levels are covered, including:  

Reiki Level 1: Empowering & Healing Yourself

Includes:

• What is Reiki Healing?
• The history of Reiki and the Reiki Ideals.
• The Reiki hand positions.
• Giving a complete Reiki treatment for your own self-healing 
•  Kenyoku: Dry bathing, a method to purify your energy field 
• Strengthening and protecting your energy field.
• Gassho meditation
• Byosen Scanning - detecting where Reiki is needed.
• Reiji-Ho: Using inner guidance to know how and where to treat
• Reiki Level 1 Attunement/Placement

Reiki Level 2: Advanced Energy Healing & Empowering Others

Includes:

• The Holy Love experience that places Divine Love into your heart.
• The Reiki II symbols and how to use them with practice time.
• Using Reiki to heal unwanted habits or create new, healthy ones.
• Distant healing to send Reiki to family, friends, and world situations.
• Learn how to treat others professionally. 
• Gyoshi ho - sending Reiki with the eyes.
• Koki ho - using the breath to send Reiki.
• Reiki Level 2 Attunement/Placement
• How to use Reiki in Groups
• Using Reiki for pets, plants, food, crystals, and more.

The class combines lectures, discussions, and hands-on experiences. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions and self-treatment.

Level 2, includes practice using all the level II symbols, including distant healing, and practicing using all the Japanese Reiki Techniques mentioned above.
