What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive Japanese healing modality founded upon ancient energy healing principles originated in Tibet and India. The Japanese translation of reiki is "universal life force energy".
There are three basic levels in traditional Japanese Usui Reiki. Each level provides a greater capacity to channel this vital life force energy and more healing techniques. Each level requires receiving an attunement from a Reiki Master. It's important to keep in mind that Reiki is both a spiritual practice and a healing modality. As you advance on your reiki journey, you will find that your spirituality deepens naturally.
Reiki Level 1 Shoden (healing for Self) is an initiation into Reiki and activates the flow of Reiki in your hands allowing self healing.
At the completion of this course, you will receive an attunement in order to begin channeling the beautiful life force energy of reiki. Students will then go into a 21-day detoxification process of eating clean and practicing daily self-reiki as the attunement opens up a dormant energy channel which then begins to purify both the physical and energy bodies.

** You must be able to be present for both full days on Saturday and Sunday.**
WHERE: This will be a Virtual Training via Zoom.
WHO: It is safe to say you will be meeting and reunited with soul family on this reiki journey.
WHAT: The focus of Level 1 is opening the energy channels and connecting to Reiki for self-healing. It's imperative that you spend time connecting with Reiki energy and performing self-treatments before moving on to Reiki Level 2 Okuden where you learn how to share Reiki with others.

Hi, I'm Katie....
It is said that Reiki Healing comes to you at the exact moment it is supposed to. Just like that quote, "When the student is ready, the teacher appears."
For me, Reiki has completely changed and shifted my entire life. My journey through the levels of Reiki Healing brought me back into alignment with who I am on a soul level. It was an evolution of my spiritual journey.
When I was young, I was always super intuitive and empathic. I remember sitting in the classroom and knowing what everyone else was thinking. I'm sure, on some level, you can relate. Somewhere along the way, as children, we were taught to shut down our intuitive abilities and block them out. It was uncomfortable feeling all the energies of others, and we were not taught how to handle them. I used alcohol as a big suppressor. It wasn't until 2020, when I got sober, that I realigned with my path and purpose, and I found Reiki Energy Healing. (Along with several other modalities.)
Learning this powerful modality, I have been able to not only heal myself but help heal others around me. It has also helped strengthen my intuitive abilities and connected me to my inner guidance system.
