What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive Japanese healing modality founded upon ancient energy healing principles originated in Tibet and India. The Japanese translation of reiki is "universal life force energy".
There are three basic levels in traditional Japanese Usui Reiki. Each level provides a greater capacity to channel this vital life force energy and more healing techniques. Each level requires receiving an attunement from a Reiki Master. It's important to keep in mind that Reiki is both a spiritual practice and a healing modality. As you advance on your reiki journey, you will find that your spirituality deepens naturally.
Course Details- Reiki Level 1
WHEN: The training will consist of two full days of class:
Saturday, January 14th from 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday, January 15th from 4:00 pm - 7:30 pm
** You must be able to be present for both full days on Saturday and Sunday.**
WHERE: The course will be held in person at a studio in Marina del Rey, CA.
WHAT: I will teach you traditional Japanese Usui Reiki.

The foundations of Reiki healing
Ways to connect and develop your intuition

It is said that Reiki Healing comes to you at the exact moment it is supposed to. Just like that quote, "When the student is ready, the teacher appears."
For me, Reiki has completely changed and shifted my entire life. My journey through the levels of Reiki Healing brought me back into alignment with who I am on a soul level. It was an evolution of my spiritual journey.
When I was young, I was always super intuitive and empathic. I remember sitting in the classroom and knowing what everyone else was thinking. Somewhere along the way, as children, we were taught to shut down our intuitive abilities and block them out. It was uncomfortable feeling all the energies of others, and we were not taught how to handle them. I used alcohol as a big suppressor. It wasn't until 2020, when I got sober, that I realigned with my path and purpose, and I found Reiki Energy Healing. (Along with several other modalities.)
Learning this powerful modality, I have been able to not only heal myself but help heal others around me. It has also helped strengthen my intuitive abilities and connected me to my inner guidance system.
