Hi, I'm Katie!

With over 15 years of experience in the Event and Wellness Industry, I’ve planned, produced, and led everything from luxury retreats and large-scale dining experiences to intimate healing circles and trainings. In 2021, Elevate Healing Events was born. Since then, I’ve facilitated over 100 transformational events, led international retreats, trained more than 50 Reiki practitioners, and held space for over 2,000 individuals on their healing journey. From soundbaths to sold-out retreats in Costa Rica and Joshua Tree, I’ve created experiences that aren’t just healing — they’re soul-shifting. This isn’t a side gig. It’s a movement. 

I believe this is possible for all healing practitioners who are living in their truth. This is why created the Reiki Business Inner Circle because I believe it’s time to shift the healing industry — deeply and unapologetically. Too many gifted healers are carrying the outdated belief that you can’t make a living, let alone create wealth, from your sacred work. That your gifts are meant to be given quietly, selflessly, even at the expense of your own well-being. I’ve been there, and I know how heavy that can feel.

This space is my way of rewriting the rules — and it’s built for the ones who:

• Know they’re here to lead, to heal, and to leave a legacy

I’ve done this work for myself. Dismantling the old beliefs that kept me playing small, I built a thriving, soul-aligned business from the inside out. I lead from clarity, vision, and integrity — not flash, not fluff. And now, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. My gift is seeing the power in you that you may not yet see in yourself, and creating a grounded, focused space where your vision can fully take form and rise.

I chose to build this as a circle — not a classroom, not a hierarchy — because I know the power of being surrounded by others who see you, believe in you, and hold you to your highest vision.
