Join us for an afternoon that will nourish your mind, body and soul. Through journaling, yoga, intention setting, reiki healing, meditation and like-minded community.
You deserve to relax and recharge before this busy holiday season.

Arrival + Connection with others
Journaling prompts and breathing techniques to help you manage the busy holiday season and calm the nervous system.
An hour long grounding vinyasa flow led by Nousha to recharge and center you.
A powerful guided meditation infused with reiki healing by Katie. This is a time to go inward, reflect, and set intentions of what you would like to create.
We will end the evening with nourishing snacks and refreshing herbal teas prepared by Nousha. A chance to rejuvenate and connect with others in the community.

About Your Guides
Katie Hutsel
Katie Hutsel, founder of Elevate Events, is a free-spirited adventurous soul on a mission to change the world through meditation, mindset and energy healing. She specializes in guiding others to reclaim their power and align back to their soul mission in life. Katie is a Reiki Master, Energy Intuitive, and Meditation Guide. She is also a board-certified Hypnotherapist and Master NLP Practitioner.

Nousha Salimi
Nousha is an Integrative nutrition health coach, Yoga teacher, Breathwork and meditation guide, community creator and artist. With over 20 years of experience in the creative world and the health and wellness industry, her work offers a unique combination that supports your bio-individual health and wellness journey with precision and fun. In her free time, you can find Nousha refueling by the ocean, rolling on her yoga mat, watching and capturing human interactions, reading a book, making awesome playlists for fun and off-course cooking a healthy and delicious meal.
